Job seekers build a real profile, not just a resume upload, covering their experience, skills, qualifications, and preferences, so the opportunities they see are the ones actually worth their time. Employers get a straightforward way to post roles, manage applications, screen candidates with the questions and documents that matter to them, and discover talent proactively rather than waiting for it to land in an inbox.

We’ve built Rolefy around the idea that recruitment software shouldn’t get in the way of recruiting. Features like AI-assisted job description drafting, structured screening questions, and document requirements exist to remove friction for both sides of the hiring conversation, not add to it.
